Arrival Times

Domestic Ground Shipping
Shipments normally arrives one to seven (1-7) business days after your order has left our location (weekends excluded), provided the item is in stock. In the event that your item is not in stock, you will be otherwise notified (if you have provided us with a valid e-mail address). All orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only.

Calculation of Shipping Charges

We ship all orders promptly by UPS or similar carrier. Charges are determined by the weight of the package. We do not ship internationally at this time. It should take 1 to 7 business days to receive your order by standard ground service. Oversized items may be subject to additional delivery charges. If applicable, these charges are added to your shipping cost. Orders shipped within New Jersey are subject to 7% state sales tax.

Order Processing

All orders are usually processed for shipment immediately but may take up to 24 hours from time of order. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday only. Overnight and Second Day orders must be received before 12:00 PM E.S.T.. In some instances you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

Canceling Orders

If you need to cancel an order that has not already been shipped, we may be able to cancel it. To do so, please contact us immediately. However, if your order has already been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to cancel it. You may cancel your order up to the time os shipment.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on total merchandise charges for orders delivered to New Jersey.

Non-Delivered Orders

Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the order amount and/or pay shipping cost to re-ship the order.

Freight Damage

Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of claim.


RETURNS

Our company insists on outstanding quality, value and service. Within 30 days of the order date, we guarantee that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a full refund. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All returns/exchanges are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. After 30 days you have no right of return.

Terms and Conditions

All returns must obtain a return merchandise authorization(RMA) number and instructions(instructions are provided after requesting an RMA number and will include the shipping address to send returned merchandise).
Please allow up to 14 business days from the day you return your merchandise for your return to be credited or exchange made.

Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured by you to the address provided in the return instructions. Return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer.
* When you are shipping returned merchandise we strongly recommend that you use a shipping carrier that will provide you with package tracking information. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.

All merchandise returned due to our error will be exchanged or credited/refunded promptly.

If you do not like your merchandise, you may return it for a full refund for up to 30 days from the order date so long as the merchandise is still in its undamaged original packaging and in resalable condition. If any merchandise is not in it’s original packaging and/or is not in resalable condition the customer shall be charged a restocking/packaging fee of 15% of the order amount. Return Shipping and Handling is the responsibility of the customer.

All returns for a refund paid by a credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.

As long as a return is not due to our error you will be charged freight on any replacement merchandise when making an exchange.

Merchandise returned to us, other than manufacturer defects, will be accepted at our discretion only if they meet our resalable condition policy. Damaged packing could result in a charge up to $20.00 or 15% for handling and restocking purposes.

Be sure that the RMA number is clearly displayed on the outside of your package. Also be sure to include your name, address and daytime phone number. All packages that do not display an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the sender at the senders expense.

Restocking/Packaging Fees

Non-defective merchandise returned to us for any reason other than a mis-shipment of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking/packaging fee if the merchandise is not received by us in its undamaged original packaging, in resalable condition, and within 30 days of the sale date.
