Everybody loved the cuddly construction animals. It was the hit of the party and the adults were just as into constructing them as the children. The birthday girl said it was her favorite gift!
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the animals and thought they were beyond adorable. We found everything we needed and your warehouse took care in packaging.
The website however had a problem and my entire order was lost. A customer representative called and re-took my order over the phone. He was very pleasant and said he'd make sure to rush my order out that day to ensure it would be here for the party.
A number of people enjoyed it so much they asked for the website so they could order for their next party.

I think that everything went smoothly from the ordering to the shipping to the stuffing. The other Moms at the party thought that it was a great idea. I used the stuffed cows as a party favor instead of a bag full of plastic toys and candy. The Moms loved it! We named them all and everyone went home with a cow and a birth certificate. Our Barnyard Bash was a success. It was an easy process and I am sure that we will do it again.

Your company was great! I was ordering things for my daughter's 8th birthday party and thought two weeks would be sufficient time in receiving things for the party. Alot of the party supply companies told me that I would have to use express shipping for it to arrive in time. I ordered from your company on a Sunday evening and when I logged on very early Monday morning, I was told my order had been shipped. In this day and age where most companies don't value customer service I was happy but prepared to be let down. Imagine my surprise when I arrived home from work on Tuesday to see a box had been delivered.

I ordered 11 animals and clothing for children ranging in age from 4 years old to 9 years old. There were also three adults. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves: Stuffing the animals, dressing them, and then showing them off to each other. Naming the animals and filling out the Birth Certificates was alot of fun, too!
